He's a serious, intelligent, soft-spoken, humble and extremely creative dude, not trying to kiss his ass but he's indeed the most creative person I've ever met (non of the creative bosses here could beat him). He's part of the reasons why I work here though the salary wasn't attractive. Many young peoples are willing to get low paid just to learn something from him.
I guess we had a pretty tough year... all the hard work wasn't paid off. Sometimes we were angry why he's so soft-spoken, he should had fight for himself and all of us. It's very obvious that the entire creative team was disappointed from how we're being treated. I knew he couldn't stand it either, he should have shared with us his thought and we could fight together no matter what. Unlike other department, we're special, we treated everyone in our team as family. We tell jokes, we talk cock, and we're straight forward toward each other.
Today i'd finally see him showing his real self. We all supporting him to leave as this place is not worthy for such creative person like him and us (some people just takes human sources, the core sources, the main asset of the company for granted). I know he's been hiding his feeling all this while and he finally let go today. He's tearing when he's giving a speech to the creative. I've never seen any bosses who would cry in front of their staffs, he's the first.
Sometimes you just wouldn't know about the politic in the office. The fat ones rule (they're lazy, cold hearted, cruel, greedy and bullies). I remember the first time I cried in front of him was because of my blog. I've been freezing my artwork blog ever since then. My family doesn't know I was suspended from work for a week. Thanks to him i was being able to come back to work as freelance secretly.
Boss, last time you'd seen me cry and today I saw you cried. We're fair and square now, ok! Good luck to you and good luck to all the creative. We're muthafucking rock! I think we should do guitar hero again before you ciao...
