On Thursday evening, Jiashin suddenly messaged me on msn and asked "Yasmin ahmad passed away?". I told her I had no idea then i went googled about the latest news regarding to Yasmin's condition. The quickest info would be wikipedia, so i checked. It said Yasmin ahmad passed away on 23rd July due to heart attack. I was shocked! and at the same time feeling really sad. Immediately i changed my facebook's status to: "R.I.P Yasmin... what a shocking news". Suddenly i'd got a feedback from sher telling me Yasmin was still alive but she's in ICU due to stroke (unconcious and heart was supported with drugs).
We all hope she would be fine. Her works have always touching us. She's a very important and influential person in advertising and also film industry. Since the day she fell down and admitted to hospital, Everyday i googled her name and look for her latest news to check her latest health's condition.
Today, she was pronounced dead at 11.25 p.m. I didn't know the news until i got home at 4-ish morning after yumcha with lena, krystal and grace. Someone posted a youtube video, which is TV3 nightline announcing the death of Yasmin. I was stoned for a while... hmm... not exactly a while, I still couldn't believe what i saw but the fact is... Yasmin had left us to a better place. We were still talking about her during yumcha, she left us when I was on the way driving to jaya one meeting 3 of them. Yasmin, you're the legend and our inspiration. R.I.P
