Ignorance

Ignorance is rude in my personal opinion.
No matter how minor/less budget/small the tasks are,
our objective is to get things done. Clients happy, we happy.
This is a very simple theory of working,
especially when it involves a few parties.
Unfortunately, I'd encountered people who were being ignorant.

I'm disappointed when I need to get suggestions and solutions from elder colleagues.
I know they're much older and much more experience,
I know our task involves very small budget.
Still, work is work...we still need to proceed no matter how minor it is.
Pls don't tell me:
1. "I don't know, please ask my supervisor"
- I wonder what had you done for the entire time at work, you don't know shit?

2. "This is impossible!"
- Is impossible a solution? any alternative ways?

3. "This is too expensive!"
- I bet you're just too lazy, you didn't even ask how much the budget left.

4. "This is too complicated!"
- This is the simplest thing on earth! C'mon!

And, please... don't show me the face like i've owed you money.
And don't walk off when we're in the middle of discussion!
And don't pass the responsibility to each other, i've no time for drama.

Therefore, I'd decided to write an email to them and CC my boss.
I did not type something mean, i just want them to be cooperative.
Because of the timeline, I seriously need a constructive solution.

However the ego-ness conquered their mentalities.
I bet no one had been writing such emails to them.
The old one totally ignored me and his staff talked loudly to me.
Is this a proper working ethic?
I just wanted them to aware how ignorance they are.
Sighs... I started to miss my ex staff.
